In today's world, casting simulation software is a necessary technical tool for any flourishing foundry. There are many foundry process simulation software in the global market. Its main function is to simulate liquid metal flow, solidification process, mechanical properties and stresses of castings during solidification and cooling process, and to predict casting process defects in advance. The company has a complete resin sand production line, using a number of environmentally friendly medium frequency electric furnace smelting. The content of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and other elements in molten iron is rapidly analyzed by direct reading spectrometer with advanced detection equipment in front of the furnace. The structure of castings is observed by digital metallographic microscope to ensure that the quality of castings meets the standard.
The main production equipments are resin sand recovery line, resin moulding line, medium frequency smelting furnace, and some other auxiliary production equipments. Testing equipment: German spectrometer, digital metallographic microscope, cryogenic impact testing machine, tensile testing machine, carbon-silicon furnace front analyzer, thermometer and hardness tester and more than ten kinds of testing equipment. Milling machine, lathe, drill, milling and planer a series of mechanical equipment can meet the needs of various mechanical processing.
